Jina Yoo, considered the "Queen of Asian fine dining in mid-Missouri", has been creating world-class Asian cuisine at her restaurant combining French sophistication with American informality. Chef Jina is an innovate, self-taught chef who fuses various cuisines using Asian ingredients and a generous spirit. She defines her cuisine as a combination of cultures, philosophies and cooking techniques.

 

At Jina Yoo’s, we pride ourselves on creating special food for all of our diners. In addition to an extensive menu, being offered a delicious off-menu soup, appetizer, entrée or dessert is a common occurrence as Jina never stops inventing new creations and perfecting her craft.
